Lotus Hospitals Trust was founded by the well known economist the Late Shri Manu Subedar. Prakashananda Ayurvedic Hospital and Lotus Eye Hospital were founded in 1970. Prakashananda Ayurvedic Hospital is now known as Lotus Ayurvedic Centre. The Trust runs under the dynamic leadership of its current Chairman and Managing Trustee Mr. Navin H Shah.
Presently Lotus Ayurvedic Centre is treating over 6,000 patients in O.P.D. and performing Panchkarma treatment on over 16,000 patients annually. We have a fully equipped Panchkarma department with qualified Doctors, skilled male and female therapists and masseurs who have undergone intensive training in the Ayurvedic treatments. We are having herbal medicines in the form of Kashayams, Churans and Tablets in our centre. We also have an Inpatient Department where we accommodate patients who cannot come every day for Panchkarma and where admissions are done with prior appointment. We also treat many foreigners and NRIs. Treatments are done at very affordable prices.
