We also have a Yoga therapy and counseling centre established in the year 2009. Our Yoga Centre was started by trained and experienced Yoga teachers, Ms. Shahin Merchant and Ms. Sujata Patel. The Yoga Centre offers regular training and practice sessions in Patanjali’s Classical Yoga and Power Yoga. It has been found that the holistic approach used in the Yoga technology creates a better harmony between the body and the mind and more than anything else, it is this harmony that brings health and happiness in cases of disease and despair.
